Remove foo2qpdl from this repo

Hi. I replaced hplip with foo2xqx for my HP LaserJet P1005 for better imaging quality and correct margins. Thanks for maintaining this.

foo2qpdl is provided by splix with newer fixes and support for more models but also this repo provides foo2qpdl. I suggest to remove foo2qpdl from this repo and redirect users to use splix which has better quality than the foo2qpdl in this repo.

Many printers have more then one driver, that's not uncommon. Why should it be removed?
