Treatment of elevation and pressure

Suggest to rewrite Contact.mo with:

• pressure (to be above atmospheric pressure)
• elevation z
• volume flow rate (to be discussed)

So all that is left is "Volume Flow Rate". @boerrebj, can you elaborate on what you would like to have changed? Maybe open a new ticket for that?
