Add CNAME file.

I'm trying to use an apex record for this which is discouraged according to the github docs: https://help.github.com/articles/about-custom-domains-for-github-pages-sites/#apex-domains If this causes problems we can always fall back to a 'www' subdomain. But the 'www' subdomain is deprecated afterall: http://no-www.org
