"Every N months" tasks stop appearing at the beginning of the month

Tasks of the "Every N months" type eventually stop appearing at the start of the month. Initially, everything works fine, and the tasks are displayed correctly. However, after several cycles (years), they cease to appear in the task list.

Additionally, these tasks always show Overdue = Yes.

Could it be that I'm misunderstanding the mod's functionality? Or is this an actual bug? Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is there a way to fix it, or does the mod itself need to be edited?

I fixed the overdue thing in the latest release I think (in the last week or so). As for tasks not coming up, I've not seen this. Can you share your tasklist.xml

Maybe this release isn't on a ModHub yet? I am using ModHub version.

Thanks. I can take a look in a few days as I'm travelling currently. In the meantime if you observe the log when you transition to a month where a task should come due, and see if there's any errors. The logic is fairly simple. I will try the same test so I'm not sure what is wrong there.

For the overdue thing, that's correct. It's in testing now for modhub so I would expect that fix to come in the next couple of days, or you can download it from github earlier.

E.g. I have a task "Покормить кур" ("Feed the birds") that should reappear every 3 months.

It's september now, but i can't see this task in following months:

Покормить кур in your save file has a 'nextN' of 5 which converted to a month is July in terms of when its next due. Did you skip any time perhaps, say with easy dev or something?

No, I am not using any unusual time skips - only sleeping in my house.

Also, just checked - no errors in the log.txt when sleeping for 3 months.
And also - I press "Complete task" every time I completed this (and every) task.
Another addition - it's reappear in the next July, as you said.

So I think this will be hard to lock down. I'm not sure why it's not appeared, but I expect it should generally work as you continue moving forward. In a newer mod I take a different approach to dates where instead of saying it's due 'July' I say more specifically its due month 18 etc. This is much more resilient to any issues. When I have some time I will adapt the mod to use this method which should hopefully reduce cases where this kind of thing happens.

So, i forked it and fixed this bug. Also i rebuild task creating and editing - it's done in a single dialog box now.

I deleted my previous message as it's was untested and buggy, it's works fine now.
