Failure to compile the solvers

Hi,

I have OpenFOAM 6 and CFDEMcoupling 24.01.
The following solvers fail to compile:

• cfdemSolverPisoScalar
• cfdemSolverIBContinuousForcing
• cfdemSolverRhoPimpleChem
• cfdemSolverMultiphase
• cfdemSolverMultiphaseScalar
• rctfSpeciesTransport
• cfdemSolverPisoFreeStreaming

Some errors from console log:

I manged to successfully compile the all of solvers.
For 1st error: could not open file rhoCombustionModel.H for source file rcfdemSolverRhoSteadyPimpleChem.C I run wmake in base directory of solver.
For 2nd error: base directory /home/einhander/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-6/src/dynamicMesh/dynamicMesh/ does not exist I removed dynamicMesh/dynamicMesh/ string from options file.

rhoCombustionModel.H is only used in case of OpenFOAM < 6 (maybe you sourced the wrong bashrc?) and there is no dynamicMesh string in the options file of rStatAnalysis ... 😕 so I don't really know which setup you are using ...

@danielque I use OpenFOAM-6 and CFDDEMcoupling with default setup described in CFDEMcoupling manual. OF installed in $HOME directory, CFDEMcoupling and other tools also installed in $HOME directory. I use debian 12 and gcc-12.

Yes, the logs are confusing. The dynamicMesh line is located: https://github.com/ParticulateFlow/CFDEMcoupling-PFM/blob/master/applications/solvers/cfdemSolverIBContinuousForcing/Make/options#L14
Line 13 also invalid for OF-6

Well, the wmakeLnInclude error should not really matter, all it says is that it cannot include files from that path because it does not exist (it's for older OpenFOAM versions that had a different directory structure)
The preprocessor instruction #if OPENFOAM_VERSION_MAJOR < 6 in rcfdemSolverRhoSteadyPimpleChem.C relies on

CFDEMcoupling-PFM/applications/solvers/rcfdemSolverRhoSteadyPimpleChem/Make/options

so WM_PROJECT_VERSION must be defined in the environment (just do an echo $WM_PROJECT_VERSION in your terminal to confirm)
