Fix while Shapeshifted and add Shapeshift base Stats (#1636)

Adds the base stats for the wolf, bear and wyvern form
Changes "while shapeshifted" to use a condition that is set from calf perform
This fixes all the defense or mods that didn't take into account a skill cfg
