Incorrect display format for python

There is a section on page 40 (or line 1304-1307 in software/python/python.tex) where the code segment is not displayed properly. I believe it should be wrapped with \begin{verbatim} and \end{verbatim} block.

@xu932 Can you take a look at the the Sphinx version and tell us if it is still there? I believe I already addressed this issue in the Sphinx book.
