Benchmark Pytorch YOLOX-Tiny and YOLOX-Nano

Task Description

Reproduce results for the YOLOX-Tiny and YOLOX-Nano Pytorch models following the instructions they provide in the Evaluation section under Quick-Start.

Once you are finished, please reach out to @zghera and post the results in the #tf-small-yolox slack channel!

Tips

You could do the evaluation on various devices. I will list the alternatives in ascending order of complexity to set up but also the faster eval will take (i.e. 1 is the easiest but will likely take the longest for eval):

1. Google Colab with GPU enabled.
2. The CAM2 VM. Reach out to @zghera for more details.
3. The GCP VM. Reach out to @jacob-zietek for more details.
