New release?

Could we get a new release for flake8-pyi? There have been a few changes since the last release, and the change to Y034 is a blocker for python/typeshed#15612.

I'm not sure who made releases in the past. @JelleZijlstra @AlexWaygood ?

I've cut most of the recent ones, but the process is fairly simple, automated, and documented at https://github.com/PyCQA/flake8-pyi/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md#making-a-release — do you want to give it a go?
