Finalize Libraries to be added into main

Currently, the libraries that is used on my personal machine are not included in the repository as I need some time to isolate and document the updating process with the project itself.

Once completed, it will then be push to remote.

The last thing we need to check is if we want to stick with miniaudio for both playback and r/w. Once we get code that works for both, and implement lua inclusion, this issue is ready to close.
