Feature/612 update clabot to include cursor in alphabetical order (#616)

## Status

- Closes #612 

## Points for consideration:

- Security: None - configuration file update only
- Performance: N/A

## What's changed?

- Added "cursor" to `.clabot` contributors list
- Added "Copilot" to `.clabot` contributors list
- Corrected alphabetical ordering (case-insensitive) for all entries:
  - `loiswells97` / `lpmi-13` sequence
  - `patch0` / `PetarSimonovic` / `pjbRPF` sequence
