docs: add new privacy-first and specialized AI agent frameworks to list

Add eight new entries to the "Platforms and runtimes for running or connecting AI agents" table. These include frameworks focused on privacy (ZeroClaw), sandboxing (NullClaw), high-performance Rust (Moltis), scientific research (Manus), monitoring (Hermes Agent), embedded systems (Pico Claw), compliance (Clam), and no-code building (Taskllet). All listed frameworks are open-source and support on-premise deployment.
