Enable Zenodo archiving

We should connect this repo and the benchmarking repo to Zenodo so that we can archive the code and generate DOIs: https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/archiving-a-github-repository/referencing-and-citing-content

We actually had it already for this repository: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.13366795. Some of the releases failed to archive on Zenodo, and I'm not sure why.
