Setup Logging

Logging should have the option to pipe directly to logstash, so we don't have to mess around with filebeat.

I am currently writing everything to stdout.
You can adjust the loglevel with the -loglevel parameter.
-loglevel debug is the most verbose loglevel, I would probably use -loglevel note when actually running it.
