In response to https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/rropen/_nQU8ZU9Ad8, we'd like to update the MKL installer for increased flexibility, such as running RRO from a pen drive.
Desired change to MKL installer:
When the path to RRO is not found in the registry keys, prompt the user for the path to RRO as a fallback.
