Didn't we do something to account for DST? My Photo stream reads are appearing in the time zone i set my phone as but the read times still come in with a timestamp of an hour later.
I think I needed to just "reset" my Time Zone on RSU to match my phone, clear reads, and that fixed my issue
*But important to note - Timers should have Time Zone on phones matching what they have set on RSU/RDS, much like making sure their decoders are synced correctly to gps and time zone. @mattave you think we should be a little more specific in the coaching notes about syncing time, that Time Zone should match what is set on RSU/RDS?

I'm not sure the best UX for this.
We could prompt the user the first time they enter the photo mode, with some coach text about how photo taking and tagging works, including a note about the importance of syncing device times across all devices if using it for timing data.
