It isnt possible to set the timezone the client uses to display timestamps of sent messages
Only to change the timezone displayed in the profile if I am not mistaken

Make it possible under the section where you set 24h time and date format to also set a custom timezone

My browser uses resist fingerprinting techniques like always setting timezone to UTC+0
This I cant disable per-website only for all websites which I would like to keep.
