Remove standalone services from OS repo (moved to separate repos)
These services are not integrated into the OS build and belong in their
own repositories under SecAI-Hub/:
- ai-model-bom → github.com/SecAI-Hub/ai-model-bom
- runtime-attestor → github.com/SecAI-Hub/runtime-attestor
- ai-incident-recorder → github.com/SecAI-Hub/ai-incident-recorder
- rag-data-firewall → github.com/SecAI-Hub/rag-data-firewall
