OAuth2 sign-in/sign-up method for Catalyst

Is there any possibility to use OAuth2 sign-in methods like OpenID Connect within Catalyst?
I've configured an OpenID provider in Pocketbase admin UI but it seems, that this will not be used by Catalyst.

Unfortunately OAuth2/OIDC logins are currently not supported.

Are there any plans on the roadmap to support this in the future?
Alternatively, would you consider implementing header-based authentication that allows the application to run behind a trusted reverse proxy that handles OIDC, SAML, etc.?

Having some kind of OIDC login would be nice and I like the idea with the header auth and using a proxy.
