By using KomiBot (KomiBot#0692), you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the bot.
You agree to use KomiBot in accordance with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You are responsible for any content you submit to the bot, and you agree not to use the bot for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
KomiBot provides translation services for text, which are processed by the DeepL API. By using the bot, you agree to send text data to DeepL’s servers for translation. Please review DeepL’s Privacy Policy for more details on their data handling practices.
KomiBot does not store or log any content of translation requests. The bot processes translation requests in real-time but does not retain any messages, translated text, or user data. The bot tracks the total number of translations processed, which is stored solely for operational purposes and is not tied to individual messages or users.
KomiBot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the bot or the translation services. The bot’s creators are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of KomiBot.
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted here, and the updated terms will be effective as of the date specified at the top of this page.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to KomiBot if you violate these Terms of Service.
