Storage path change is not applied

Describe the bug
I'm running Aegis on Windows, and after installation, I changed the storage path to a different partition and folder. Media is still recording on the system partition and the default folder.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Storage'
2. Change 'Configuration Path' to 'D:\Storage'
3. Click Apply changes
4. Check where media is stored

Expected behavior
I was expecting to see media being stored in the new location provided.

Hi, @alek-principia , thanks for your reporting, we managed to locate the root cause and had a fix. We are heavily working on more API provider's integrations, so this bug fix will be released together with it.
