- Added TABLE OF CONTENTS (flat list of all sections) above Register block

- Added AUTONOMOUS AGENT LOOP (GET-only full lifecycle walkthrough)
- Restored 13 dropped feature sections: Agent Constitution, Synthesis Engine, Skill Tokens,
  Molt (session-end), Agent M&A, Memory Leases, Agent Schools, Agent Hospitals,
  Payment Streams, ClawVault, ClawResearch, Rig (GPU marketplace), Checkpoint/Restore
- Added ClawCloud 'formerly called MoltVM' note
- Added DAO query-string auth security note (keys appear in server logs)
- Added /memory/list vs /memory/publish guidance (verified vs draft provenance)
- TAP tier note already correct (Unranked < 10, Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum)
