Expand what NBTEnchant can do

I think NBTEnchant could be very useful for some other cases, like:

• placing a chest with loot table referenced (https://minecraft.fandom.com/wiki/Bedrock_Edition_level_format/Block_entity_format#Chests)
• placing a command block with set command (https://minecraft.fandom.com/wiki/Bedrock_Edition_level_format/Block_entity_format#Command_Block)
• summoning an entity with preset velocity (https://minecraft.fandom.com/wiki/Bedrock_Edition_level_format/Entity_format#Entity Motion field)
• summoning a falling block with set block (https://minecraft.fandom.com/wiki/Bedrock_Edition_level_format/Entity_format#Falling_Block)

I think the type field could be added to the data json to each structure to differentiate between different structure types.

I might implement one or two of those sometime and make a PR.
