Pip installation not working

It seems PyYAML clashes with the new version of Cython and pip3 installation cannot be completed. That seems to be a known issue with other packages.

For me, the following worked, forcing a specific version of PyYAML that does work.

pip3 install simulaqron PyYAML==6.0

I'm not sure if this negatively influences anything further down the line...
