CSV Export Support for Enumerated Designs #391
Description
Attached are the .csv files we used for the build in the DNABOT paper. The constructs.csv file defines the assemblies, where each row is a specific construct defined by the linker and part order. The other 2 files define the linkers and parts used in the construction. Names have to match between those specified in the constructs file and the part and linker plate definitions. The plate definitions also have a column for concentration, which is used to define the volumes required in the pipetting.
Being able to use SBOL Designer or SBOL Canvas to export .csv of enumerated constructs would be a simple but powerful method to link the digital design with the physical build.
