fix: v1.9.12 — dependency declarations, numpy cap, OAuth port fix

- Add psutil to core deps (system status endpoint needs it)
- Remove numpy &lt;2 upper bound (dist already ships 2.4.x)
- Add 3 optional dep groups: otio, tts, depth
- Add opentimelineio to [all] extras
- Fix social_post.py hardcoded localhost:5679 OAuth redirects
  (now accepts port parameter)

+- **`psutil` added to core dependencies** — `/system/status` endpoint used psutil but it wasn't in dependencies, causing ImportError on fresh installs.
+- **`numpy` upper bound removed** — `<2` cap prevented numpy 2.x which is already used in the dist build. Now `>=1.24` with no upper bound.
+- **3 new optional dependency groups** — `otio` (opentimelineio), `tts` (edge-tts + kokoro), `depth` (torch + transformers). All were installable but not declared in pyproject.toml.
+- **`opentimelineio` added to `[all]` extras** — OTIO export was available in code but not installed via `pip install opencut[all]`.
+- **social_post.py hardcoded port** — `get_oauth_url()` hardcoded `localhost:5679` in all 3 OAuth redirect URIs. Now accepts `port` parameter (default 5679) for correct redirect on non-default ports.
