fix: v1.9.10 — 4 broken CLI commands fixed, +2 new commands (denoise, scene-detect)

CLI crash fixes:
- color-match: imported non-existent .core.color → .core.color_match
- loudness-match: imported non-existent .core.loudness → .core.loudness_match
- auto-zoom: imported non-existent .core.zoom.apply_auto_zoom → .core.auto_zoom.generate_zoom_keyframes + FFmpeg apply
- deliverables: imported non-existent generate_deliverables → individual generators with type dispatch

New CLI commands:
- opencut denoise: FFmpeg noise reduction (afftdn/highpass/gate, adjustable strength)
- opencut scene-detect: scene boundary detection (ffmpeg/ml/pyscenedetect, rich table output, JSON export)
