refactor: move drug-sell resource into examples/
Complete, functional resources belong in examples/, not the repo root. templates/ holds blank per-framework skeletons; this is a finished reference resource demonstrating ESX/QBCore patterns. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
