Tab Order is wrong in Collection Editor Annotations

Description

When using the Collection Editor Annotations, the tab order is wrong.

If you press [TAB] when standing in the Name Column the cursor moves to the Search field, instead of the Value field.

PS. it would also be nice if the cursor starts in the [Name] column when [Add] is pressed

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to 'Properties on a tables object in the TOM explorer'
2. Click the ... on in Properties / Metadata / Annotations
3. Click on 'Add' - To add a new annotation
4. Click in the 'Name' cloumn.
5. Click [TAB]
6. Now the cursor moves to the Search field instead of the Value field.

Expected behavior

i my opinion the cursor should move to the value field, instead of the search field, when [TAB] is pressend in the name field.

I have reproduced the issue you described and agree that a more intuitive workflow would be for TAB to move the cursor to the value instead of the search bar.
