Describe the bug
Say I download Raspberry_Pi_Imager-v2.0.10-desktop-x86_64.AppImage and launch it. Selecting "integrate and run" launches it, but the RPi imager needs additional permissions, which prompts a relaunch. The "integrate and run" prompt is back, but this time all it does is delete the .appimage and the app is just gone.
In general this launcher needs more graphical managers and verbosity in terms of what it's doing.
Expected behavior
Don't delete .appimage files.
