docs: add TinyCloud stack open source post

Summary

• add a TinyCloud stack blog post covering spaces, owner/delegate authorization, OpenKey, Secrets, Listen, and what the stack enables
• add a Blog tab and wire the post into docs navigation
• update the docs repo license text and package metadata to TOSL naming

Security/readiness audit coverage

• scanned tracked files for committed env files, private-key blocks, common token prefixes, and hardcoded SECRET/TOKEN/API_KEY/PRIVATE_KEY assignments
• findings: documentation placeholders/examples only; no real-looking committed credentials found
• no local gitleaks/trufflehog/detect-secrets binary was installed, so this did not include a full history scan

Validation

• jq empty docs.json
• npm install --package-lock-only --ignore-scripts=false (0 vulnerabilities)
• git diff --check
• stale old-license naming scan passed

Merge note

• This post links conceptually to the open-source launch and should merge after or alongside the product repo visibility work.
