[Bug]: UT.15 Lag

What happened?

When I Hoped on UT.15 I started getting Lag spikes every 3 seconds to the point where my game crashed

How to Reproduce

1.Get on UT.15 .2 join multiplayer

I actually can't open it sometimes. As soon as I join a server, the page instantly crashes.

I searched up why I lag and Its because UT.13 has less mods/plugins while UT.15 has stuff like chat heads and Cpvp mode. I suggest you remove stuff that you do not need. That is my result. I dont know the %100.

CPvP mode *removes* particles. It’s not going to cause lag. Chat heads is very laggy though. I’m going to have to look into some things with that. I’ve fixed a chunk queue issue (and increased chunks per tick) for UT16 that was causing out-of-memory crashes.
