[Bug]: Riptide trident

What happened?

You can not chain riptide boosts. I expected to be able to repeatedly launch myself with a riptide and an elytra.

How to Reproduce

1. enchant a trident with riptide
2. set weather to rain
3. wear elytra
4. launch using trident
