Clicking 'Back to Top' icon on mobile only navigates up one screen length

The user has to repeatedly click the button to get to the top of the document.

This is a known issue with Docusaurus's built-in BackToTopButton component — the same behavior can be reproduced on the Docusaurus website itself. The button uses a polyfill smooth-scroll animation that gets prematurely cancelled on mobile devices.

Fix: Swizzled the BackToTopButton component to bypass the polyfill and use a direct window.scrollTo({ top: 0, behavior: 'smooth' }) call, which reliably scrolls all the way to the top in one tap.

The behavior could not be replicated when running the dev server, so this implementation cannot be verified until the next deployment. Will monitor after deployment to determine if this issue can be closed.
