TDP settings on game profile randomly not being applied

Issue:
When I set a specific TDP limit using a per-game profile, the setting does not always apply correctly after restarting the game.

After exiting and relaunching the same game, the system will sometimes ignore the previously configured TDP and default to the full 15W.

If I manually adjust the TDP slider (even slightly) or toggle the TDP limit off and back on, the correct value is immediately applied again.
