Failing tests: missing image file in tarball on PyPI

I have build this package for Alpine Linux, but had to disable tests as the test-image.jpeg file is missing in tarball on PyPI. (Maybe tox.ini is missing too.)

Hope it could be possible to build a full tarball for this repository.
