Unclear if the response curve workflow will work with PTM data on Shiny. Here is the time-course PTM dataset to work with:

• Process PTM dataset with response curve workflow E2E (i.e. Upload the linked file with options PTM as biological question, TMT as label type, and MSstats format as the type of file)
• Fix any bugs
