Status of pr-preview

A number of repositories in this organization rely on pr-preview, but based on the open pull requests in that repository it seems to be unmaintained.

Is there a different tool we can switch our repositories to? I see that spec-prod is mentioned in #82, but I don't know if it has diff support.

This is coming up in the context of tobie/pr-preview#148.
