devspace tool call failed due to OpenAI's safety checks.

When performing a tool call after connecting via the ChatGPT web interface, the following error appears: "This tool call was blocked by OpenAI's safety checks."

This issue occurs with tool calls like read, but not with open workspace.(I have already granted the apps maximum permissions.)

I am unsure if an excessively long conversation is a contributing factor, as I also encountered an "Error in message stream" at the same time—though this did not happen in a new chat session.

I'm concerned that OpenAI might have changed its policy regarding MCP apps.

I often encounter them in new conversations as well

Usually it is intermittent I ask it to retry 3 times first before reporting it blocked by openai safety layer

also this morning the devspace somehow doesn't work, probably my connection but not sure as well
