Is WASM_DYLINK_RUNTIME_PATH in dylink.0 supported anywhere?

Hi!

I'm wondering what's the status of WASM_DYLINK_RUNTIME_PATH [in the dylink.0 section](https://github.com/WebAssembly/tool-conventions/blob/main/DynamicLinking.md#the-dylink0-section)? It exists in the document, but I haven't seen implementations of it anywhere, including in `wasmparser` and `wasm-ld`.
