gst1-plugins-bad: Remove "Add mpegdash live seek fix" to fix regression

This patch was causing stalls on some live streams (eg: NASA live). The live
feeds reported to be flaky on the original live seek issues report motivating
the reverted patch keep working without it on gst 1.14.
