cryptography >= 47 support?

Debian is currently moving to cryptography 47, and we noticed that python-yubihsm declares a dependency on `cryptography (>= 2.6, <47).

Is this actually necessary? It was added in 22e18c1, but that was part of updating to Poetry 2.0 and no reason was given for the upper bound. I'm not in a position to run the device tests at the moment, but the non-device tests work fine with cryptography 47.

Version 3.1.2 is now out with support for cryptography <52. See comments in #82 for more details.

FYI it isn't yet on https://developers.yubico.com/python-yubihsm/Releases/. I'm not sure if that's expected to be delayed?

Yeah, the site rebuilds on a schedule daily, it should be up in a few hours! In the meantime it's on the GitHub releases page, as well as PyPI.
