Add docs for marketing page copy update process for non-technical contributors

Summary

Non-technical contributors who want to suggest changes to the marketing page copy have no documented process for doing so. They need a guide explaining where the copy lives in the codebase and how to submit a change without setting up a full development environment.

Scope

• Document where the marketing page copy lives: src/pages/MarketingPage.tsx and which JSX sections correspond to which visible sections
• Explain how to edit copy directly on GitHub using the web editor without a local setup
• Describe how to open a PR targeting dev after making the edit
• Add a note that copy changes do not require running the app locally to verify

Acceptance Criteria

• File location and section mapping are documented
• GitHub web editor process is explained step by step
• PR targeting dev instruction is included
• Note on no local setup required is present
