fix(205): remove aep 205 (#384)

AEP-205 assumes the API supports an alpha,beta,production model of versioning. We don't have any other AEPs that expect an explicit resource lifecycle, and for long-term versioning we have discussions for date-based versioning (which, to some extent, sidesteps alpha,beta,prod entirely).

Removing the aep for now until versioning best practices are better established.
