Esports tracking bot

Add an esports tracking system that follows teams, players, and tournaments across major games and posts timely, richly-formatted updates in Discord. Server admins can subscribe the bot to a channel which allows them to select which games the bot should post about it.

Goals

• Track live and scheduled matches across supported esports titles. (match scraped or open source api?)
• Provide near-real-time notifications (match start, score updates, final results, roster changes, bracket updates).
• Allow tournaments to be selected or deselected with a command to ensure unnecessary tournament notifications are removed.
