Fixed on branch fix_issue_260529 (PR #58).

Root cause: discover_all_skills() walked from cwd all the way up to the filesystem root looking for any skills/ directory. So a skills/ folder in an unrelated ancestor (or one shadowing the user's path like skills/README/) could leak into the slash-command listing.

Fix:

1. fa50804 — Fix skill discovery precedence

   • Project-local skill lookup is now bounded to git_root → cwd (or just cwd when outside a git repo), so ancestor directories never escape into discovery.
   • Bundled skills are also moved to the highest priority so user/project files cannot accidentally shadow them.
   • Regression test: tests/skills/test_discovery.py::TestFindProjectSkillsDirs::test_searches_git_root_to_cwd_only asserts the bound.

2. 98ee528 — fix(skills): stop spawning git in skill discovery on Windows

   • The git-root lookup originally used subprocess.run(["git", "rev-parse", "--show-toplevel"], timeout=2.0), which could hang the asyncio event loop on Windows (ACP/A2A). Replaced with a pure-filesystem walk via find_git_worktree_root() in utils/project_paths.py.
