Cache paper-level zoom settings

Hi,
I love the alphaXiv UI, but I would really appreciate if the paper/blog tab remembered the zoom-level I used last time. Right now every time I reload the page. I have attached the screen recording for the same. (recording has been compressed to fit Github size limits)
