Describe the bug
Command Mode can become stuck when a command triggers a macOS permission dialog, such as an iCloud or file-access approval prompt. In my case, the permission window appeared behind FluidVoice’s Command Mode overlay, and the overlay made it hard or impossible to reach the dialog. The app looked frozen because it was waiting for approval that I could not
easily get to.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Open FluidVoice Command Mode.
- Run a command that triggers a macOS/iCloud permission prompt.
- Let the prompt appear behind the FluidVoice overlay.
- Try to continue the command.
- See the command stall until the prompt is approved.
Expected behavior
Permission dialogs should stay accessible, or FluidVoice should detect that it is waiting on system approval and surface that state clearly.
Screenshots
Optional.
Environment:
- macOS Version: Tahoe 26.5
- App Version: 1.6.0
- Architecture: Apple Silicon
Additional context
The overlay made it difficult to move or access the approval window. In my testing, quitting FluidVoice and approving the dialog after relaunch helped, but that is not a good normal workflow.
Crash Logs
No crash.
