[🐞 BUG] AI Enhancement cutting off parts of prompt.

Describe the bug
AI Enhancement is chopping off the end of the transcription. When I look in history, the original transcript has everything I said, but the AI enhancement is missing a good chunk at the end. Seems to only happen with semi longer transcriptions (maybe 30s+). It would be really great if I could turn of AI enhancement until this improves, but I can't see an option to in the settings.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set voice engine to Parakeet TDT v2 (english only)
2. Set AI Enhancement to fluid-1
3. Record a transcription for roughly a minute or so
4. Confirm that the pasted transcript is missing pieces from the end
5. Check the history tab to see the difference between "Final Text" and "Original Transcription"

Expected behavior
The AI enhanced transcription should contain the entire transcription spoken by the user. Users should also have the ability to disable AI enhancement for debugging (and just generally for personal preference if they find they don't like it)

Environment:

• macOS Version: Golden Gate 27.0
• App Version: 1.6.1 (12)
• Architecture: Apple Silicon

I also wanted to switch this off after onboarding. Looks like there's a flag that skips the AI post processing when it's set to true.

Use this to switch it on:
defaults write com.FluidApp.app dictationPromptOff -bool true

Switch it back off like this:
defaults write com.FluidApp.app dictationPromptOff -bool false
