Resizing the window or player causes subtitles to flash and disappear

Issue

• Subtitles disappear on resize
• They reappear on the next line as you play the video
• This occurs on normal resize and fullscreen toggle

Possible fix: libass/JavascriptSubtitlesOctopus#132

but that slows down the resizing and can leave it on the incorrect size.

Migrating to jellyfin/JavascriptSubtitlesOctopus is the better solution.
